High-quality condenser transducer with phantom preamp
The VS-3CAP is a novel vibration transducer composed of three very low noise condenser microphones, enclosed in a hermetic capsule in a linear arrangement. This arrangement of the capsules achieves a larger pickup surface of the instrument, as well as an improved response rich in harmonics and a superior tonal balance compared to other systems that use a single capsule, thus achieving an audio quality and a high dynamic range unprecedented in this type of microphone so far.
Its low profile body allow that it can be used in most situations without compromising the performance of the musical instrument.
It consists of a microphone capsule with 2.75 m. of strong and flexible balanced shielded black cable, and an ultra-low noise Phantom preamplifier integrated into the male XLR3 connector itself. Supplied with 10cm of fixing adhesive.
